How do I book a session?
You can book by filling out the contact form or writing me at info (at) chiaraspaggiari.com with your preferred dates, location, and a short description of what you have in mind. I’ll reply within 1–2 business days to confirm availability and next steps.
What are your rates and what’s included?
Pricing depends on the type of shoot, duration, and usage needs. Every quote includes planning, the session itself, professional editing, and delivery of high-resolution images. I’ve set a starting price for my smallest packages, but every offer is tailored to each client’s specific needs. Ask for a tailored estimate.
Do you offer packages?
Yes. I offer a few curated packages for portraits, events, and commercial work. If none fits your project, I’m happy to build a custom package.
Where are you based, and do you travel?
I’m based in Berlin, but I travel for assignments. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and logistics—these are always communicated upfront.
How long does it take to receive the photos?
Typical delivery is within 7 business days for portraits and personal branding and 4–8 weeks for larger events. If you have a specific deadline, let me know in advance and I’ll try to accommodate it.
How will I receive my images?
I’ll send you a set of proofs to review, so you can choose your favorite images. Once you’ve made your selection, I’ll deliver the final high-resolution files.
How should I prepare for the shoot?
After booking, I’ll share a short prep guide with tips on styling, timing, and anything useful for your specific session. If you’re unsure about outfits or mood, we’ll decide together beforehand.
Do you retouch all images?
Yes, I retouch every delivered image.
What are your licensing/usage terms?
Personal sessions include a personal-use license. Commercial projects require a usage license based on scope (web, print, ads, etc.). I’ll outline everything clearly in your quote.
What is your rescheduling or cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule a personal shoot, just let me know as soon as possible – I’m usually flexible and happy to find a new date. For larger events, the terms regarding deposits and cancellations are outlined in a separate document that I send in advance during the booking process.
